As the “Royal Academy of the Spanish Language”, the Spanish alphabet has 27 letters and 3 digraphs, what means 4 more than the English Alphabet. Those 4 “new or special” letters will be viewed in detail on the next posts. For now, we will see (and listen) to all of them.
How you can see, the Spanish Alphabet has 5 vowels and 23 consonants. The following Posts will help you to pronounce all of them. This is very important, because very frequently, and until you have fluency speaking, you will need to spell words at many times.
